Have you ever deleted files or formatted your storage medium by accident?

Fret not, as I do data recovery.

I will do my very best to recover those precious data of yours.

And if I am unable to recover anything, I will not charge you a single cent.

How it works

  1. Meet up or, alternatively, I can do it remotely. I will need your assistance to download an application which allows me access to your drives. Please note that you must have a spare drive with equal or more storage capacity ready for me to recover your files to.

  2. I will diagnose the storage medium and will update you the condition of the drive within 24 hours. (Screenshots of the files will be sent to you)

  3. Recovery process starts now. (1 – 2 days. Varies depending on size of data)

  4. Meet up to return storage medium and data will be uploaded to my Google Drive and I will send the download link to you. Alternatively, you may pass me a working storage medium for me to transfer the files over.

  5. Payment time. I accept PayNow or PayLah!

Frequently asked questions

Q. Do I have to pay for the diagnosis?

A. No. Diagnosis is free. Payment is only required once I am able to recover a minimum of one file.

Q. Where is the meet up location?

A. Outside Heartland Mall, Kovan.

Q. What devices are supported?

A. 2.5” HDD, 3.5” HDD, 2.5” SSD, M.2. SSD, NVMe SSD, SD Cards, Micro SD Cards, thumb drives. Ask me if you have any other devices.

Q. How long is the whole process?

A. From the time I collect or receive your storage medium, approximately 3 – 4 days.

Q. Will I be able to open the files that have been recovered?

A. As with any data recovery service, there is no guarantee whether all files will work or not. On my part, I will randomly open up 10 files to verify its integrity. (If requested, I will not open up any files for verification.)

Q. Will this work if my storage medium is physically damaged?

A. No, I will not be able to help if it's due to physical damages.

Q. Why is it cheap?

A. Certain data recovery work does not warrant the need to use specialised hardware / location. I am just using my limited knowledge to help the community, as I too have suffered from data loss previously and understand the pain.

Q. Can I meet up at other areas?

A. Subject to my availability. I can meet up at your preferred location, but there will be a $10 fee incurred.
